EARL WAYNE COVEY, 66 of Antrim Village, Antrim died Wednesday July 11, 2007 peacefully at his residence.
He was born November 23, 1940 in Sanbornton NH, son of the late Uradel and Florence (Nelson) Covey.
He had attended Sanbornton schools.

Earl has been a resident of Antrim for the past four years and had previously lived in Jaffrey for thirty years.
He was a former employee of Monadnock Forest Products in Jaffrey. Presently he was a volunteer at the Antrim Village Community Center where he helped out with meals. Earl enjoyed helping family and friends.

While living in Jaffrey he had served a Commander with the Royal Ranger Program at Calvary Assembly of God Church. For many years he served the Bread of Life Food Pantry also at the church.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Survivors include two brothers Lucius 'œBob' Covey of Manchester and Malcolm Covey of Norridgewock, Maine; many nieces and nephews; and a sister in law Evelyn Covey who was a big part of Earl'™s life.

There will be no calling hours.

A Memorial service will be held Sunday July 29,2007 at 2:00PM in the Bennington Congregational Church, 5 Main Street, Bennington NH. Pastor Robert Ritchie will officiate.
Burial in the family lot in Village Cemetery Sangerville, Maine will be at the convenience of the family.

The Cournoyer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 33 River Street, Jaffrey is assisting the family with arrangements.
