Harvey O. Duval, 82 of Plantation Drive, Jaffrey, died peacefully on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at the Good Shepherd Health Care Center.
He was born in Jaffrey on October 3, 1928, son of the late Sidney and Desneiges (Bosselait) Duval. Harvey had attended Jaffrey Grade School and has been a life long resident of this community. He never traveled much but did get a chance to go to Boston once. He has lived on River Street, Blake Street, School Street, Webster Street and Peterborough Street before moving to Good Shepherd in 2008.
Harvey worked as a Feeder for W.W. Cross Company in Jaffrey. He retired in 1991 following more than 30 years of employment.
He was a communicant of St. Patrick Parish. He enjoyed watching Television and movies.
His only surviving family member is his brother Roland S. Duval of Jaffrey. He also has 2 cousins, Elaine Wakefield of Tilton, NH and Rita English of Wilton, NH.

Burial will follow in the family lot in St. Patrick Cemetery, Jaffrey.

Friends are warmly invited to call at the Cournoyer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 33 River Street, Jaffrey on Friday from 9:00AM until 10:30AM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 11:00AM in St. Patrick Church, 89 Main Street Jaffrey. Rev. Wilfred H. Deschamps, Pastor, will officiate.
