Joyce Anne Therrien

JOYCE ANNE (Binkley) THERRIEN, 63, East Berlin, PA formerly of Winchester, died Wednesday April 25, 2007 at the Hanover (PA) Hospital following a sudden illness.

She was born November 18, 1943 in Wrangel, Alaska.

Mrs. Therrien has been a resident of East Berlin for the past eight years. She had previously lived in Winchester and Jaffrey.

She was homemaker and a volunteer at the East Berlin Community Center.

She loved animals and enjoyed handicrafts but most of all she cherished time spent with family and friends.

Survivors include her husband Donald P. Therrien of East Berlin, PA; two sons Paul R. Therrien and Robert N. Therrien both of East Berlin, PA; a daughter Dawn R. Meleski of Winchester, NH; five grandchildren; a brother Robert Kratzer of Swanzey; a sister Jane Kratzer of WA.

Friends are warmly invited to call at the Cournoyer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 33 River Street, Jaffrey, on Monday from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home immediately following at 5:00PM.

Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the York County SPCA or to the Disabled American Veterans. More locally, contributions can be made to the MONADNOCK Humane Society, Post Office Box 678, West Swanzey NH 03469.
