Marc Francis Wallace

Marc Francis Wallace, 49, died on Sunday, September 26, 2010 from complications of pancreatic cancer.
He was born at Monadnock Community Hospital on February 28, 1961, son of Clarisse A. (Thibault) Wallace and the late Raymond Wallace. Except for a few years living in Hinsdale, NH and Swanzey, NH, he lived most of his life in Jaffrey. He attended St. Patricks School and Conant High School where he played the tuba in the marching band. He was employed by NEBS, Atlas Pyrotechnics and Flemming Oil. For a few years he owned and operated a taxidermy business.
Marc enjoyed the great outdoors and was most at peace when communing with nature. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. His ice-fishing bobhouse had all the comforts of home. One of his hobbies was constructing and flying model airplanes with his father, his son, and friend, Tom Letourneau.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife Cindy Corbett Wallace, two children, Marissa and Jacob Wallace; one sister Margaret Davis, her husband Richard, their children Chris McCourt and Danielle Deschambault and her husband Nate; two brothers, Paul Wallace and his daughter Amanda Wallace, Dennis Wallace, his wife Laura and their children Shawna, Samantha and Meghan Wallace; three stepsons Joshua, Andrew and Brian Corbett, aunts, uncles, cousins and many good friends.

The family requests no flowers. Memorial contributions may be made in Marcs name to Hospice at HCS, P.O. Box 496, Peterborough, NH 03458

There will be no calling hours.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, October 2, 2010 at 11:00AM in St. Patrick Church, 89 Main Street, Jaffrey. Rev. Wilfred H. Deschamps, pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, Jaffrey.
