Peter E. Hinlein

New Ipswich, NH Peter E. Hinlein, 47, of Timbertop Road in New Ipswich, NH, died unexpectedly at his home on October 30, 2012 after experiencing a massive seizure. He was born on January 20, 1965 in Lowell, MA, son of Sigmund Hinlein and Doris Sherburne. He graduated from Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School in 1983 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts Degree, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts in 1988. Peter sustained a traumatic brain injury in 1992 and subsequently participated in several years of rehabilitation. That, along with much family support allowed him to make a good recovery. Peter loved animals, nature, and over the past few years he enjoyed hiking on local trails as well as taking frequent long walks around New Ipswich. He had a particular interest in and much knowledge about automobiles and motorcycles – always ready to strike up a conversation about them with acquaintances. Peter will be sorely missed by his family. He is survived by his mother, Doris Sherburne of New Ipswich, NH; his brother, Erich Hinlein of Pelham, MA and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
