Wendy Warner

January 5, 1961 — March 26, 2022

Wendy Warner, 61, of Rindge, NH passed away peacefully at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center surrounded by her loved ones on Saturday, March 26, 2022 after a sudden illness.

Wendy was born on January 5, 1961 in Lowell, MA, daughter of the late Edward and Phyllis (Smith) Lantagne. Wendy was a 1979 graduate of Lowell High School, and later completed coursework in Early Childhood Development.

She worked at Peterborough Savings Bank for 14 years in various roles, progressing to the position of Assistant Vice President of Data Processing. She more recently worked at Wee Dreams Learning Center in New Ipswich, NH prior to retiring and turning her focus to her favorite position, being a wonderful Nanny to her grandchildren.

She was very fond of reading, watching movies and true crime documentaries, and was a tough opponent for anyone who dared to play her in word games. She was also an amazing cook, always preparing awesome meals for her family.

She was the most loving and supportive person, and family was the absolute most important thing to her in the world - She adored spending time with her family, whether it was admiring loons on Newfound Lake, camping at Pawtuckaway State Park, or (reluctantly) skiing across New Hampshire. She also loved family trips to Walt Disney World, even enduring the August heat on multiple occasions. She always enjoyed long talks and many laughs with family on the porch, the boat, or wherever she could seize the opportunity, and would always without fail be the last person up at any family gathering.

In addition to her parents, Wendy is predeceased by her son, Timothy, and her sister, Andrea.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Mark Warner, of Rindge, her children Nicholas, Nathan and daughter in law Cara, Kaitlin and son in law Mathew, and Joshua and future daughter in law Julia, along with her grandchildren Connor, Hunter, Wendy, and Tyler. She is also survived by her siblings Veronica, Melony, Paula, Scott, and Ted.
