Cameron L. Mills

Cameron L. Mills, 76, of Fitzwilliam, NH, passed away on June 6, 2023, unexpectedly at his home. Cameron was born in Andover, MA, on October 6, 1946, son to the late Robert A. and Elizabeth A. (Smith) Mills.

Cameron attended Andover High School in Andover, MA, and graduated in 1965. He enlisted in the United States Navy in 1966 serving until 1969, having received the National Defense Medal. Cameron married the love of his life Roberta Ann (Grundy) Mills on June 28, 1969, in Reading, MA. Together they raised two amazing daughters.

He was a Master Electrician and held various jobs throughout his career including Phillips Academy in Andover, MA, Gould Modicon/Infinet in Andover, MA, and DEC-TAM in North Reading, MA.

He loved his family more than anything, and in his retirement, he spent his time with Roberta traveling back and forth between Myrtle Beach, SC and their home in Fitzwilliam, NH. He also loved Golfing, Pool, Cornhole, Bocce, and horseshoes.

Cameron will be forever remembered by his wife of 53 years, Roberta Ann (Grundy) Mills and dog Bruzah, his two daughters, Leanna (Mills) Battista and Michelle Mills-Hannay. His Son-in-Law Joe Battista. His Daughter-in-Law Amy Mills-Hannay. His three grandsons Justin Battista, Tyler Battista and Cameron Richard Pranom Mills-Hannay. His Brothers Bob Mills, Eddie Mills, John Mills (w) Robin and his sister Jessie (Mills) Bailey and (H) Harold. Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and lots of family and friends.

Cameron is predeceased by his brother Dennis Mills.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service with military honors on June 20, 2023, at 2:00PM at Winchendon Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glen Allen Street, Winchendon, MA 01475. Celebration of Life following immediately at Winchendon American Legion Post 193, 295 School St, Winchendon, MA 01475 .
