Daniel J. McKay

Daniel J. McKay, 41, found peace on September 5, 2016 after a lengthy illness.

Born on May 8, 1975, Dan enjoyed many happy years growing up in Milford, NH and was a graduate of Milford High School.

With his love of art, it was destined that he would attend the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and pursue a career in graphic arts. Later, his love of animals would lead him down the path to become a veterinarian technician.

Dan lived life on his own terms. Outgoing, a quick wit, and a knack for making friends from all walks of life were what made up Dan McKay. His mischievous grin will be sorely missed.

He is survived by his parents, Bill and Nancy, his brother Patrick, sister-in-law Lesli, and by a very large family of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, a nephew and many friends, who may not have understood him, but never stopped loving him.

There will be no calling hours, but a private time of remembrance will take place later at the McKay family home.
