Dianna Belle Sells Corcoran (Memaw) passed away surrounded by family at Cheshire Medical Center on Monday, September 13th after a brief illness.
Dianna was a devoted businesswoman, mother and grandmother. She was raised in the lake creek community north of Granite, Oklahoma until she was a senior in high school, when she went to live with her sister Joyce. She traveled throughout the country before eventually settling in New Hampshire. She worked at The Old Forge and Millipore for years while she raised her four children, often taking trips to visit extended family in Texas and Oklahoma. She took pride in running the family business for decades, was passionate about Autism awareness, and in her free time could be found sailing, gardening, or doing a puzzle.
Memaw was a mom to many, welcoming friends and family from far and wide into her home and her heart. Her kindness and love knew no bounds; Memaw treated everyone like they were one of her own - with a smile and a cup of coffee. She was deeply loved and will be forever missed by all who were lucky enough to cross paths with her.
She is survived by her brother Roy Sells of Plano, TX, sister Joyce Sells Arterberry of Royse City, TX, and brother Joe Sells of Redding, CA; her children Michelle Szalanski and her husband James Williams of Rindge, Aaron Corcoran of Rindge, Alicia Mack and her husband Wayne of Beverly Farms, MA, Michael Corcoran and his wife Kimberly of Rindge. Dianna was blessed with grandchildren Craig, Chelsea, Kirsi, Ciara, Reece, Ryan, Colby, Michael, Sammy, Aidan and Ava - and her first great grandchild Jaxyn David.
Services will take place Saturday, September 18th from 11am-1pm at Cournoyer Funeral Home in Jaffrey, NH. Dianna will return home to Granite, Oklahoma to be laid to rest with her parents, Joe Tully and Mary Beatrice, her sisters Hazel, Lois & Ethel, and her brothers Henry and Edmond. Dianna is predeceased by her stepson David Saviano.
A memorial service will be held at 2pm Central Time Saturday, September 25th at Lowell Tims Funeral Home in Altus, Oklahoma. Burial to follow the service at Granite City Cemetery.
