Elizabeth Mary Hueber, nee Coll, 85, of Troy, NH, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2026.

Elizabeth was born on August 17, 1941, along with her twin sister, Barbara, to Arthur J. and Gladys P (Sollitt) Coll. She graduated in 1958 from Our Lady of Monadnock Academy, which helped define her values of faith, family and compassion that she carried throughout her life.

On July 20, 1963, she married the love of her life, Raymond L. Hueber, at St. Patrick Church in Jaffrey. Elizabeth was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend whose life was enriched by the relationships she held dear. She had a strong Catholic faith, unwavering devotion to her family and an immense love of animals, which were all a reflection of the love she carried in her heart. She especially enjoyed working as a veterinary technician’s assistant for several years at Goffstown Animal Hospital.

Elizabeth is survived by her daughters, Heidi Bouchard and Kristy Kersbergen, and by her sons, Jody, James, Cary and Jeremy; her 15 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; her sisters, Faith Marrotte, Barbara Labonte and Lori Heath; her brothers, Thomas, Timothy and Kenneth.

She’s now reunited in eternal peace with her parents, brothers Christopher and James, and with her husband. Though words can never fully capture the depth of life so meaningful, Elizabeth’s legacy is found in the love she gave, the kindness she shared, and the memories that will forever be cherished. Her life was a blessing, her memory a treasure, and her love a gift that will forever remain. May she rest peacefully in the arms of our Lord.

Family and friends are warmly invited to Calling Hours on Thursday, November 12, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the Cournoyer Funeral Home, 33 River Street, Jaffrey, NH 03452.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, November 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Saint Patrick Church, 89 Main Street, Jaffrey, NH 03452. Rev. Wilfred Deschamps, Pastor will be the celebrant. Burial will follow in Saint Patrick Cemetery in Jaffrey.
