Kathleen T. Patch

Kathleen T. Patch, age 84, of Rindge, previously of Fitzwilliam, passed away on August 25, 2025, in the comfort of her home with her family by her side.

Kathleen was born in Brooklyn, NY, on February 13, 1941, a daughter to the late Edward J. and Verna M. Guerin (mother’s maiden name here).

She married her beloved husband on December 3, 1960, and together they raised their family.

Kathleen had a love for her German Shepherds, including time spent on walks with her husband and their beloved dogs. She enjoyed dancing, and spending time with her friends. She especially enjoyed her time playing cards with her good friends at her apartment complex. Most importantly to her, she loved family and was especially a proud mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Kathleen was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Robert J. Patch, her two sons, Robert J. Patch Jr., and Glenn A. Patch, a brother Edward Guerin, and a sister, Patricia Struller.

Kathleen will be forever remembered by her daughter, Marie Patch of Fitzwilliam, NH, six grandchildren, Bradley Pelkey, Brandy Pelkey, Keith Patch, David Patch and his wife Amanda Patch, Samantha Patch and her fiancé Ross Dixon, and Jarrett Patch. Great-grandchildren, Rachel Huber her husband Owen Huber, Jasmynn Miller, Keira Arsenault, Caydence Patch, Aurora Patch, Wyatt Patch, and her great-great grandchildren Ian, Ivy, Kruz, and Harlow.

Family and friends are warmly invited to a calling hour from 11:30AM to 12:30PM on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at Cournoyer Funeral Home, 33 River St., Jaffrey, NH 03452.

Her Funeral Service will take place beginning at 12:30PM inside the funeral home chapel. Father Bill of Saint Patrick Parish will be the celebrant.

Burial will take place immediately following her service at Pine Grove Cemetery, Fitzwilliam, NH.
