Nicole Sangermano, of Jaffrey, joined her Savior on Friday, June 26, 2026, at the age of 48. Born on December 23, 1977, she was the daughter of the late Antonio “Tony” Sangermano, and Avril (McQuillan) Sangermano."

Nicole was a daughter. Anyone who knew her, knew two things to be true— she was a “daddy’s girl” at heart, and had a shared sense of humor, silliness and wit that bonded her deeply to her mom. Like her dad, Nicole was strong-willed and possessed a natural gift for making things go her way. Like her mom, she was fiercely loyal and proud. Nicole took great pride in her Italian heritage, her Sangermano family, and her New Hampshire roots.

Nicole was a sister. Independent, courageous, and passionate, Nicole inspired her siblings with her adventurous spirit. Growing up, there was a sense of excitement whenever she was around, and her endless curiosity and daring nature were infectious. Her family will always smile at the memory of her on a family vacation, when she convinced the operators of a slingshot ride to make her their spokesperson, ensuring she could ride for free all week long.

Nicole was a mother. Her life was marked by the people she loved and the moments she shared with them, especially her kids. She was so proud of the unique talents she saw in each of her children. She spoke often of Eastin’s work ethic and determination, Simon’s musical ear and his ability to move an audience with his voice, and Grace’s incomparable talents as an athlete and student. She also cherished her time as "Mimi" to her granddaughter, Eva.

Nicole lived life on her own terms, with big, heartfelt emotion. She had a soft spot for animals, especially her devoted chihuahua, Lulu. She loved the beach, fast cars, cooking, and dancing—she even taught her mom the electric slide. Nicole was so much more than any single label; she will be remembered as a daughter, sister, mother, and friend who found equal joy in both the quiet comforts of her daily routine, and the wild, artistic spirit she channeled into her elaborate drawings, poems, and writings.

Nicole is survived by her partner, Miguel Ramos; her mother, Avril Sangermano; her children, Eastin Coll and Kelley Klein of Anna, Texas, Simon Furze of Swanzey, NH, and Grace Furze of Troy, NH; and her granddaughter, Eva Rose Coll.

She is also survived by her siblings, Damita Sangermano and Steve Conover, Deborah Golden, Ellen Kantner-Sangermano and Isaac Benavidez, Gina and Jeff Wright, and Antonio Sangermano II and Lindsey Jaroszewicz. She was predeceased by her sister, Lisa Sangermano. She is remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who hold her in their hearts.

Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cournoyer Funeral Home, 33 River Street, Jaffrey, NH 03452.

Nicole will be buried with her father in a private gathering at the convenience of her family.
