Rita Joan Goldmann

Rita Joan Goldmann, 89, formerly of Dublin, died Tuesday, January 20, 2015, at Westwood Healthcare Center in Keene after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer’s Disease.

She was born in Forest Hills, NY on August 20, 1925, daughter of the late Charles and Marie (Campbell) Stevens.

Joan was a dance instructor with Arthur Murray and had also worked in the administration offices at Weight Watchers.

She enjoyed Skiing and travel, and was a member of the Peterborough Woman’s Club and the Monadnock Eastern Slopes Association

She was predeceased by both of her husbands, Eric B. Rowand, and later, Arthur Goldmann, and her brother Ronald Stevens also died earlier.

Mrs. Goldmann is survived by her 2 daughters, Deborah Cvirko of Whitestone, NY and Suzan Rowand Dennis, of Dublin, NH; her grandchildren, Tamara Cvirko Denicker of Whitestone, NY, Sierra Dennis Nicolai of San Diego, CA, Sasha Dennis of Harrisville, NH, and Jesse Eric Dennis of Dublin, NH; her great-grandchildren, Dylan Denicker, Ava Denicker, Anthony Denicker and Piper Nicolai, and her 2 nieces, Trisha Barcia and Sharon Biscardi.

A Graveside Service for Mrs. Goldmann will be held in the family lot at the Dublin Cemetery in Dublin, NH on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
