Thomas Frank Robinson, of Dublin, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2026, at the age of 91.

Tom was born on July 1, 1934, in Pembroke to Joseph Howard Robinson of Pembroke, NH and Flossie Maria (Lewis) Robinson of Taunton, MA. He was raised in Pembroke and attended Pembroke Academy before continuing his education at Keene State Teachers College and later earning a Master of Science in Education from University of New Hampshire.

Tom dedicated his professional life to education and mentorship. He served for many years as a chemistry teacher and department head at Merrimack High School, where he inspired generations of students with his passion for science and improvement. Beyond the classroom, he coached the varsity men’s basketball team and was recognized for the leadership and sportsmanship he instilled in his players. Tom also served as director of New Hampshire 4-H camps, helping young people discover a love for the outdoors.

Tom was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rovena (Scribner Kipka) Robinson; his parents; his sister, Virginia Cournoyer; and his brothers, Howard Robinson, Donald Robinson, and Karl Robinson.

He is survived by his sisters, Beverly Ingalls, Deborah Johnson, Joann Menard, and Cheryl Sanderson; his sons, Thomas Robinson II, Jay Robinson, and Karl Robinson; his stepsons, Campbell Kipka, Colin Kipka, and Sasha Kipka; and his cherished grandchildren, Sarah, Kenneth, Shiloh, Chloe, Natasha, Astrid, Katrina, Mather, Oliver, and Nathaniel.

Tom will be remembered as a well-loved and deeply respected man whose wisdom, generosity, and sense of humor touched many lives. He had a lifelong love of learning, a gift for teaching, and a deep appreciation for family and community. He was also a devoted fan of the Boston Red Sox, faithfully following the team through every season and celebrating every hard-earned victory.

His legacy lives on in the many students he taught, athletes he coached, campers he guided, friends he encouraged, and family members he loved so deeply. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Family and friends are warmly invited to a celebration of life on Friday, June 12, 2026, at 12:00pm at the Red Blazer Highlander Room, 72 Manchester St, Concord, NH 03301.

In accordance with his wishes, burial will be private.
