VIRGINIA FRANCES (SMITH) TWOMBLEY, 88, formerly of Francestown, died Thursday September 18, 2007 at Harborside Healthcare - Pheasantwood in Peterborough, NH after a period of failing health.
She was born on August 31, 1919 in Francestown, NH, daughter of the late Harry E. and Ester (Foote) Smith. She was a lifelong resident of Francestown.Mrs. Twombley was a 50-Year member of the Oak Hill Grange in Francestown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Folsom Baker Twombley.Mrs. Twombley leaves behind a wealth of friends and many wonderful memories.
Graveside remembrances will be shared on Thursday, October 4, 2007 at 2:00 PM at the family lot in the Number 3 Cemetery in Francestown. Flowers are welcome.
There will be no calling hours.
